DNA test gives students ethnic shocks

I thought this article was so interesting. It focused on DNA testing to find out your original heritage. The original goal of this was to create deeper conversations about race and to improve race relations, but as it turned out about half of the 100 students that were tested took it as sort of a joke stating, "Oh man I hope I'm part black, because it would upset my parents."

I think that if this DNA testing came to west chester for a study it would create a lot of talk on campus. Not only would I think it was a cool idea, but i would want to do it myself!

I think this article touches a very sensitive subject. It brings up the subject of adopting or getting an egg donor. The answer to this question seems to be the same for a lot of women. They all wish to experience pregnancy. But egg donation is a very risky thing to do. This article is a very interesting one and made me think. 

Facebook- Why I Hate It

The article starts off with the author explaining how much time she spends on facebook. This is the most accurate statement. I can not explain how much time I have wasted on facebook when I should be doing my homework. But as the article goes on I think the author realizes how much fun facebook is. I feel the same way. Facebook is something that can be loved but also hated.
